Do I have to leave OwnerRez?+
No, and you shouldn't. OwnerRez keeps running your operations — calendars, messaging, pricing, payouts. Stayful reads from it and gives you a booking site on your own domain. If you ever stop using Stayful, OwnerRez is untouched.
Who takes the payment?+
OwnerRez does. When a guest is ready to book we hand off to your OwnerRez checkout, which handles quoting, taxes, payment and reservation creation. Stayful never touches payment details or guest payment data.
What happens to my existing bookings?+
Nothing. Stayful reads your calendar; it never writes to it. Existing reservations, blocks and rates are exactly as they are in your PMS.
How long does it take to go live?+
