No. Your site runs entirely on your domain with your typography, colors, photos and copy. There's no “Powered by Stayful” badge anywhere — your brand carries the whole experience.
Who actually processes the booking and the payment?+
Your PMS does. When a guest is ready to book, we hand off to your PMS's secure checkout (Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, etc.) — they handle quoting, taxes, payment, reservation creation and host notifications. Stayful never touches payment or guest data.
Which PMSes do you support?+
Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, OwnerRez, Smoobu, Hostfully, Tokeet, Uplisting and iGMS. New PMS integrations land regularly — ask us if yours isn't on the list yet.
Do I have to take down my Airbnb or Vrbo listings?+
Nope. Your OTA listings stay exactly where they are. Stayful runs alongside them — guests who find you on Airbnb still book through Airbnb; guests who find your direct site book through you. Your PMS keeps availability in sync so you never double-book.
How long does setup take?+
From signup to a live site, most hosts are done in under an hour. The longest part is usually waiting for DNS to propagate after you connect a custom domain — typically under 30 minutes.
What happens if I cancel?+
